Dr. Fran Sicola Cardwell & Horace Cardwell Nursing Scholarship

Dr. Fran Sicola Cardwell established this scholarship in support of Angelina College nursing students. A Henderson native, Dr. Cardwell served on numerous East Texas advisory boards and was a leader in education administration. The Dr. Fran Sicola Cardwell & Horace Cardwell Nursing Scholarship continues Dr. Cardwell’s love of teaching and learning in her memory.
