Dr. Jack Hudgins Memorial Scholarship

Dr. Hudgins was selected as the first president of Angelina College on December 12, 1966 by the Board of Trustees. Even after he stepped down as president in 1991, he was an active and beloved member of the college community, teaching music part-time and instilling a love of music and learning in his students. In honor of his many contributions to the college, this scholarship was established by friends and family to recognize outstanding students.
