Mary Twohig Wilson Endowed Scholarship

Mary Twohig Wilson taught English at Angelina College for 32 years. While there, she initiated a creative writing course that inspired two local authors to have their books published and was the college’s first STAR teacher. This endowment, which was established by a life-long friend to honor Mary’s love of teaching and commitment to her students, is for English or teaching majors with a preference for a second-year English major.
